Spanish club Real Madrid won the season's Champions League title with two goals in the second half. Real won a record 15th Champions League title by defeating the German club Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final match at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday night.

After the first half ended in a goalless draw, Real took the lead in the 74th minute with Dani Carvajal's goal. Toni Kroos, who played his last game for Real, scored a goal with his head from a corner ball.


Real doubled their lead in the 83rd minute when Vinicius Junior scored a superb finish. Bellingham made a beautiful pass to Vinicius in the debox after a wrong pass by a Dortmund player. 


Dortmund's Karim Adeyemi missed two chances in the first half when striker Niklas Fulkrug's shot hit the post.


Carlo Ancelotti won his fifth title as coach at the competition. Along with Kroos, Carvajal, Nacho and Luka Modric helped Real Madrid win their sixth Champions League medal.
